Securitron M38DS Magnalock - Door Position Switch (DPS) - Senstat - 600 lbs

The Securitron M38DS Magnalock is a 600 lb holding-force electromagnetic lock designed for controlled-access interior doors and security applications. This configuration combines the M38 Magnalock with an integrated Door Position Switch (DPS) and Senstat monitoring. The DPS provides door status information to an access control or alarm system, while Senstat detects the presence of the armature and confirms that the magnet is properly engaged. The lock uses automatic dual-voltage operation at 12 or 24 VDC, eliminating the need for field voltage adjustment. Its bracket-mounted design supports flexible installation on suitable out-swing and in-swing door applications, including metal, wood, and glass doors with aluminum frames. The M38 features an instant-release circuit with no residual magnetism, an internal wire access chamber, brushed aluminum finish, and plated ferrous metal surfaces.
