Securitron DM62B Maglock Model 62, Double, Bondstat

The Securitron DM62B is a double electromagnetic door lock designed for securing double doors without a center mullion. It combines two Model 62 Magnalocks in a single brushed stainless steel housing and provides 1,200 lbs of holding force per lock. The integrated BondSTAT magnetic bond sensor detects proper contact between the magnet and armature plate, providing status information to an access control or alarm system. The unit automatically accepts 12 or 24 VDC without field adjustment and features an instant release circuit that eliminates residual magnetism. Its sealed electronics provide tamper and weather resistance, while surface mounting simplifies installation. The DM62B is suitable for indoor or outdoor applications and operates from -40°F to 140°F.
