The LifeSafety Power FPV4-D8E1 is a Vantage Series single-voltage power supply and battery charger designed for access control, security, and other low-voltage applications. It provides 4A at 12VDC or 3A at 24VDC with eight individually protected auxiliary outputs, each fused at 3A. The system accepts 120VAC input and delivers regulated DC power for connected equipment while providing battery backup capability. Built-in fire alarm disconnect functionality can control output behavior during a fire alarm condition, while low battery cutoff helps protect batteries from deep discharge. The unit also incorporates surge protection, automatic overload and short-circuit protection with auto-restart, a dedicated fast charger, and visual LED status indicators.
