The HES 5000-12/24D Electric Strike Body is a compact, high-performance electric strike designed for low-profile door openings where space behind the jamb is limited. It supports 12 or 24 VAC/VDC operation and provides field-selectable fail-safe or fail-secure functionality. The non-handed design works with cylindrical locksets and accommodates 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch latchbolts. Its tamper-resistant construction delivers 1,500 lb static strength and 70 ft-lb dynamic strength, while the internally mounted solenoid and plug-in connector simplify installation. The stainless steel strike body is designed for commercial access control applications and includes a trim enhancer.
