The Axis Communications P3364-VE Tamper-Resistant Outdoor Fixed Dome Camera (12mm Lens) is housed in a casing that is strong enough to withstand up to 20 Joules, which is equivalent to a 5 kg weight being dropped on the camera from a height of 40 cm. Furthermore, the camera’s aluminum casing is IP66- and NEMA 4X-rated. This means that camera is well-protected against corrosion, windblown dust and rain, splashing water, hose-directed water, and damage from external ice formation. It can also operate in harsh conditions ranging from -40 to 131 Degree (-40 to 55 Degree). Additionally, the P3364-VE camera has a built-in heater and fan assembly and an integrated dehumidifying membrane that eliminates any humidity caught in the camera casing during installation.
