ASCO RM-CAT6-8POE Surge Protective Device

The ASCO RM-CAT6-8POE Surge Protective Device is an 8-channel rackmount protection solution designed to safeguard Category 6 Ethernet equipment and Power over Ethernet networks from damaging electrical transients. It uses a three-stage hybrid protection design with GDT, SAD, and Series PTC technology to provide comprehensive surge protection across all eight conductors. The unit supports PoE and PoE+ applications and is compatible with 10Base-T, 100Base-T, and 1000Base-T transmission speeds. It features eight RJ-45 inputs and eight RJ-45 outputs, making it suitable for network switches, hubs, patch panels, routers, security systems, and other sensitive IT equipment. Designed for standard 19-inch equipment racks, the aluminum enclosure occupies just 1U of rack space and uses replaceable surge modules for convenient maintenance.
